Booking and Payment

Paid engagements (such as the Digital Audit or hourly consultation) require payment as agreed at the time of booking. Free strategy calls carry no payment obligation. Specific payment terms, including timing and accepted methods, will be communicated directly during the booking process.

Client Responsibilities

To deliver accurate advisory work, I rely on the information, access, and materials you provide. Delays or inaccuracies in the information you supply may affect the quality or timeline of deliverables, and I am not responsible for outcomes affected by incomplete or incorrect information provided by you.

Intellectual Property

Reports, audits, frameworks, and other deliverables I create for you are provided for your internal business use. I retain ownership of my underlying methods, frameworks, and general know-how, and may use non-confidential, anonymized insights from engagements to improve my own services and public content.

No Guaranteed Results

Digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside my direct control, including your market, competitors, budget, and execution. While I bring genuine expertise and effort to every engagement, I do not guarantee specific results, rankings, revenue, or growth outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or my services. My total liability for any claim related to a paid engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that specific engagement.
